A message from Tom Swank, President and CEO
The health and safety of our employees, customers, and distribution partners are always our top priority. With ongoing media coverage of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, many companies — including ours — continue to manage and prepare for potential exposure and aid efforts to contain its further spread. I wanted to make you aware of the preventative measures we are taking to protect the wellbeing of our employees while maintaining a consistent level of service.
Every effort is being made to ensure this situation will not affect the timeliness or quality of our service. As a precaution, we are taking steps to ask employees to work from home as business reasonably allows and suspending all non-essential travel. We are limiting in-person meetings and no longer allowing outside visitors to our offices. Additional sanitizing protocols have also been implemented. Should a COVID-19 outbreak directly affect any of our locations, we have steps in place for operational resilience and the mitigation of business disruption.
We acknowledge this is an evolving situation which will require us to be nimble as an organization. Based on guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and state and local health authorities related to travel, quarantine, meetings, and events, we will continue to supplement our business continuity plan accordingly.
